  • Strive acquired another 469 BTC for approximately $36.6 million, increasing its total Bitcoin holdings to exactly 25,000 BTC as of Sept. 11.
  • The company purchased the Bitcoin between Sept. 8 and Sept. 11 at an average price of approximately $77,954 per BTC.
  • Strive funded the latest acquisition through its SATA perpetual preferred stock, which has now surpassed $1 billion in nominal issuance value.

Strive has reached a major milestone in its Bitcoin treasury strategy after purchasing another 469 BTC worth approximately $36.6 million.

The company acquired the Bitcoin between Sept. 8 and Sept. 11 at an average price of approximately $77,954 per coin, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The purchase increased Strive’s holdings from 24,531 BTC to exactly 25,000 BTC as of Sept. 11.

CEO Matt Cole highlighted the milestone on X, writing, “Wall-breaking season at Strive.”

Strive Continues Aggressive Bitcoin Accumulation

The latest acquisition extends a series of Bitcoin purchases by Strive.

In late August, the company purchased 1,800 BTC before adding another 1,375 BTC in a subsequent transaction.

The latest 469 BTC purchase brought the treasury to the 25,000 BTC level.

Strive has expanded its Bitcoin exposure during 2026 through both direct acquisitions and assets obtained through its merger with Semler Scientific.

SATA Funds Latest Bitcoin Purchase

Strive funded its latest $36.6 million acquisition using its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, known as SATA.

That means the company did not rely on proceeds from common shares to finance the purchase.

The nominal issuance value of SATA has now exceeded $1 billion, providing Strive with another source of capital as it continues building its Bitcoin treasury.

Cole also said Strive’s “amplification ratio” has increased to 53.5%. The company uses the metric to measure the Bitcoin exposure available to common shareholders relative to its net asset value.

Strive Maintains Cash and STRC Position

Bitcoin is not the only asset on Strive’s balance sheet.

As of Sept. 11, the company continued to hold 505,000 shares of Strategy’s STRC preferred stock, valued at approximately $49.81 million.

Strive also reported around $204.2 million in cash.

The company has continued maintaining those positions while increasing its Bitcoin holdings, with its latest purchase bringing the treasury to the 25,000 BTC milestone.
