- Even after exposing Logan Paul’s crypto project as a scam, the project rose by 1500%
With the increased use and investment in cryptocurrencies today, the industry continuously gets exposed to scams and fraudulent projects.
CoffeeZilla, a YouTuber sleuth, and crypto analyst who “uncovers scams, fraudsters, and fake gurus that are preying on desperate people with deceptive advertising,” looked into Logan Paul’s Crypto $ ZOO’s credibility and legitimacy and found it to be a massive scam.
After such exposure, one would expect the project to collapse; surprisingly, Crypto $ZOO has increased in value by 1500%.
“Logan Paul’s crypto scam project $ZOO is up +1500% since CoffeeZilla exposed it. Welcome to Crypto,” tweeted whalechart.org (@WhaleChart.)
CryptoZoo: The Fraudulent Crypto Project
Stephen’ CoffeeZilla’ Findeisen uncovered Logan Paul’s, a famous YouTuber, Crypto fraudulent project through a three-part video series he uploaded to his YouTube channel. Paul had assertively advocated for Crypto$ZOO.
During the process, Paul’s dedicated followers and current investors lost hundreds of billions of dollars, and the game has yet to go live.
The Game and How it Works
CryptoZoo is an NFT game where players use zoo coins, the in-game currency that CryptoZoo provides, to buy NFT eggs that hatch into animals.
After hatching, the animals are nurtured together to form hybrids. In the game, when the combination created is more rare and uncommon, the zoo coins’ daily payout becomes greater. The players can change the coins into real money. It is supposed to function like a passive income.
Laying Bare the Sketchy Project
While talking about the game, Paul said that the NFT game has never been accessible, despite the match permitting players to put vast sums of money into it, and it has lots of artwork.
CoffeeZilla discovered that since CryptoZoo entered the market in 2021, Paul’s avid supporters had invested roughly $2.5 million in eggs, with the currency’s market value going up to approximately $2 billion.
The primary income of the project never came about since the start of the project, and it was never included in the contract that players would earn money with Zoo.
Additionally, the players could declare their harvest was never available. People were scammed into investing their cash into a non-profit project.
Closing Thoughts
Logan Paul posted in the CryptoZoo discord after over a year, as tweeted by CoffeeZilla: “Logan Paul just posted in the CryptoZoo discord for the first time in over a year. “Long time no see,” he tweeted:
His sudden reappearance on the platform raised several reactions among the community members, which was expected; some were hopeful, but most were negative. For example, one user in the CryptoZoo Discord said,
“So why did you desert us for more than a year? Why did you have to message Coffee after he revealed everything? Our losses total millions. The lives of people have been ruined. Whether it was your fault or not, we believed in you and have incurred massive losses. I hope you are aware of your influence on our lives and are willing to accept some responsibility.”
Despite the exposure, why and how the project has risen in value still needs to be discovered.
