- Standard Chartered initiated coverage of Arbitrum’s ARB token with a $10 price target for the end of 2030, implying roughly 70x upside from around $0.13.
- The bank expects growth in tokenized assets and adoption of Arbitrum’s technology by traditional financial firms to drive revenue, with Robinhood Chain already contributing to the network.
- Standard Chartered estimates tokenized assets could grow from roughly $340 billion today to $4 trillion by the end of 2028, although it identified several risks to its ARB forecast.
Standard Chartered has initiated coverage of Arbitrum’s ARB token with a long-term price target of $10 by the end of 2030.
ARB was trading around $0.13 on Tuesday, meaning the bank’s forecast would represent an increase of roughly 70 times from current levels.

Standard Chartered also set interim targets of $0.50 by the end of 2026, $1.50 in 2027, $3.50 in 2028 and $6.50 in 2029.
Global Head of Digital Assets Research Geoff Kendrick said the bank expects ARB to outperform both Bitcoin and Ethereum over the forecast period.
Robinhood Chain Could Boost Arbitrum Revenue
Standard Chartered’s thesis centers partly on Arbitrum becoming infrastructure for traditional financial institutions moving assets onchain.
Through the Arbitrum Expansion Program, the network receives a rolling fee equal to 10% of net protocol revenue generated by external chains using its technology stack.
Robinhood Chain, which launched July 1 using Arbitrum technology, has already emerged as an important example.
Standard Chartered estimates Arbitrum could receive approximately $5 million in AEP fees from Robinhood Chain in September at the current run rate.
Robinhood Chain generated average daily fee revenue of $2.8 million during the first two weeks of September, while Arbitrum’s total monthly revenue has increased to more than five times its level before Robinhood Chain launched.

Tokenized Assets Could Reach $4 Trillion
Standard Chartered expects additional financial institutions to potentially follow Robinhood by launching blockchain networks using Arbitrum’s technology.
Kendrick said Robinhood Chain’s early success increases the probability that similar traditional finance chains will adopt the Arbitrum stack, potentially creating additional AEP revenue.
Tokenization is another major part of the bank’s forecast.
Standard Chartered projects tokenized assets will increase from roughly $340 billion to $4 trillion by the end of 2028.
Tokenized equities alone could reach approximately $750 billion during the same period.
The bank believes this transition could increase demand for blockchain infrastructure designed to support financial assets.
Standard Chartered Flags Risks to ARB Forecast
Despite its bullish outlook, Standard Chartered identified several risks that could prevent ARB from reaching its price targets.
These include slower-than-expected growth in asset tokenization, competition from other blockchains and ARB’s lack of direct value accrual.
Kendrick also pointed to ongoing work by the DTCC on tokenized equities and unresolved U.S. regulation, including the CLARITY Act.
Standard Chartered separately forecasts Ethereum reaching $4,000 by the end of 2026 and $40,000 by 2030, while Bitcoin is projected to reach $100,000 and $500,000 over the same respective periods.
