- Hyperscale Data purchased 51.5 Bitcoin, increasing its corporate treasury to 1,087.45 BTC.
- The company’s Bitcoin holdings are now worth approximately $70.3 million, representing about two-thirds of its reported assets.
- Management continues to argue the market is undervaluing the company despite its growing Bitcoin treasury.
Hyperscale Data has expanded its Bitcoin treasury once again, purchasing 51.5 BTC through its subsidiary Ault Capital Group (ACG) during the week ending July 19, 2026.
The latest acquisition lifts the company’s total holdings to 1,087.45 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $70.3 million based on a Bitcoin price of $64,691. The purchase extends a steady accumulation strategy that has combined direct Bitcoin mining with regular open-market purchases since early 2025.

As more publicly traded companies embrace Bitcoin treasury strategies, Hyperscale Data continues positioning digital assets as one of its core balance-sheet holdings.
Bitcoin Treasury Continues to Grow
Hyperscale Data has steadily increased its Bitcoin exposure over the past year through a combination of mining operations and direct purchases.
The company’s holdings previously surpassed 1,000 BTC, and the latest acquisition further strengthens its position among publicly traded firms using Bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset.
Rather than making one large purchase, Hyperscale Data has adopted a measured accumulation strategy, gradually expanding its treasury over time.
Bitcoin Now Dominates the Balance Sheet
According to the company, its $70.3 million Bitcoin treasury represents roughly two-thirds of its reported $106.7 million in total assets.
Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III has argued that the market is not fully recognizing the value of those assets, suggesting the company’s market valuation does not accurately reflect the strength of its balance sheet.
Because such a large portion of its assets consists of Bitcoin, the company’s financial performance has become increasingly tied to movements in the cryptocurrency‘s price.
Corporate Restructuring Adds Another Layer
Alongside its Bitcoin strategy, Hyperscale Data is preparing for a corporate restructuring involving Ault Capital Group.

The company plans to divest ACG during the second quarter of 2027 through an exchange involving Series F Preferred Shares issued in late 2024.
The separation could have important implications for investors, particularly regarding how the company’s Bitcoin holdings are allocated between the parent company and the spun-off business.
Corporate Bitcoin Adoption Keeps Expanding
Hyperscale Data joins a growing list of publicly traded companies that continue increasing their Bitcoin reserves as part of long-term treasury strategies.
While firms such as Strategy and Strive remain among the largest corporate Bitcoin holders, smaller companies are also building meaningful positions through consistent accumulation rather than large one-time purchases.
With more than 1,087 BTC now on its balance sheet and Bitcoin representing the majority of its assets, Hyperscale Data has become another example of how corporate treasury strategies are increasingly centered around digital assets.
