  • The purchase increased Strive’s total Bitcoin holdings to 35,595 BTC, placing it among the largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders.
  • Strive reported $369.2 million in expected gross proceeds from warrant exercises and announced a proposed offering of 5 million SATS preferred shares.

Bitcoin treasury company Strive has purchased another 2,822 BTC for approximately $235 million, increasing its total holdings to 35,595 bitcoin.

The company acquired the additional BTC between Oct. 12 and Oct. 13 at an average purchase price of approximately $83,266, including fees and expenses, according to its latest SEC filing.

The acquisition follows a significant round of warrant exercises, with CEO Matt Cole saying investors have now exercised approximately 94% of the company’s traditional warrants.

The latest purchase strengthens Strive’s position among the largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin treasury companies.

Strive Bitcoin Holdings Reach 35,595 BTC

Strive’s latest acquisition brings its total Bitcoin treasury to 35,595 BTC.

According to Bitcoin Treasuries data cited in the report, Strategy remains the largest corporate Bitcoin holder with 848,250 BTC.

Metaplanet follows with 44,000 BTC, while Tether-backed Twenty One holds 43,514 BTC.

Strive’s reported holdings also place it slightly ahead of MARA, which holds approximately 35,577 BTC.

Cole previously suggested that Strive could become the world’s second-largest publicly traded Bitcoin holder before the end of 2026, although he acknowledged that the outcome remains uncertain.

Warrant Exercises Generate $369.2 Million

Strive also reported substantial proceeds from investors exercising its outstanding warrants.

According to the company’s SEC filing, investors exercised warrants covering 13,674,703 shares of Class A common stock.

The transactions are expected to generate approximately $369.2 million in gross proceeds.

Cole said aggregate exercises have now reached approximately 94% of the company’s traditional warrants.

The additional capital provides Strive with greater financial flexibility as it continues expanding its Bitcoin treasury strategy.

Strive Proposes SATS Preferred Stock Offering

Alongside its latest Bitcoin acquisition, Strive announced plans for an initial public offering of its Series A Perpetual SATS preferred stock.

The proposed offering includes 5 million shares with a stated amount of $100 per share and a 15% preferred dividend rate.

At the stated amount, the offering would represent approximately $500 million before expenses if completed in full.

Strive said proceeds could be used to purchase Bitcoin and Bitcoin-related assets, acquire income-generating investments, support working capital and fund other corporate purposes.

However, the offering remains subject to market conditions and has not yet been completed.

The company’s latest acquisition and financing plans highlight its continued focus on increasing Bitcoin holdings through capital market transactions.
