Blockchain investigator ZachXBT is preparing to launch a new website that could limit access to his crypto victim-support services depending on where users are located.
ZachXBT announced the plans through his Telegram channel on Saturday. While details about the website remain limited, some community members have speculated that it could provide services including scam investigations, recovery assistance, case assessments and onchain analysis.

ZachXBT Plans Geographic Restrictions
ZachXBT said certain jurisdictions would be blocked or have cases automatically rejected, referring to what he considers “low quality” countries for victim-support requests.
He specifically named Canada, the UK, India and Nigeria among his five lowest-ranked jurisdictions, while Morocco, Algeria and Bangladesh were grouped together in the fifth position.
The exact criteria behind the rankings and how geographic restrictions will be implemented have not yet been detailed.

Announcement Draws Backlash
The comments quickly generated criticism within the crypto community. ZachXBT’s Telegram post had received 1,178 thumbs-down reactions at the time reported.
ZachXBT claimed that people from one of the jurisdictions mentioned were offended by the announcement and alleged that bots were subsequently used to manipulate the reaction count.
More information about the website, its services and eligibility requirements is expected when the platform officially launches.
