The purchases were completed at an average price of $80,846 per Bitcoin.

Its holdings now represent more than 4% of Bitcoin’s maximum supply of 21 million coins.
Strategy Bitcoin Holdings Reach 849,327 BTC
Strategy funded its latest Bitcoin purchases through its at-the-market equity offering program.
During the reporting period, the company sold 1,178,552 shares of its Class A common stock, MSTR, generating approximately $164 million.
According to the filing, Strategy still has around $18.62 billion in MSTR shares available for issuance and sale under the program.
The company also continued supporting its preferred-stock financing structure.
Strategy repurchased nearly 2.1 million STRC preferred shares for approximately $208.2 million using its USD Cash reserve.
Additionally, it used $43.4 million from its USD Reserve to cover preferred-stock dividend payments.
As of Nov. 1, Strategy reported a USD Reserve balance of $4.79 billion and a USD Cash balance of $132.7 million.
The company’s continued focus on liquidity and preferred-stock stability comes as analysts evaluate its ability to finance additional Bitcoin purchases.

Strategy Reports $19.5 Billion Quarterly Profit
Strategy also reported substantial earnings growth during the third quarter of 2026.
The company recorded $19.5 billion in net income, compared with $2.79 billion during the same period last year.
A $20.9 billion gain related to the value of its Bitcoin holdings contributed significantly to the quarterly results.
Executive Chairman Michael Saylor expressed optimism about Bitcoin’s long-term outlook.
“We’re at the beginning of the next bitcoin bull market,” Saylor said.
He pointed to growing institutional demand, increased participation from banks and Bitcoin’s continued dominance within the cryptocurrency market.
Saylor also highlighted Strategy’s expanding digital credit business, which now includes approximately $16 billion in notional value across ten publicly listed securities.
Meanwhile, the company announced that CFO Andrew Kang will step down on Nov. 5.
Current Chief Operating Officer Reza Virasteh is expected to assume the CFO position in January.
Wall Street Expects More Bitcoin Purchases
Strategy’s latest acquisition follows several changes designed to improve its preferred-stock financing structure.
Shareholders of STRC, STRF, STRK and STRD recently approved amendments allowing dividends to accrue daily rather than under the previous fortnightly schedule.
The proposal received support from 99.3% of votes cast.
Analysts at StoneX and TD Cowen believe the company’s improved liquidity and more stable financing structure could support additional Bitcoin accumulation.
Strategy remains the largest corporate Bitcoin holder among 199 publicly traded companies following some form of Bitcoin treasury strategy.
Other major holders include Metaplanet with 44,000 BTC, Twenty One with 43,514 BTC, Strive with 43,000 BTC and MARA with 35,577 BTC.
However, Strategy’s stock has recently faced selling pressure.
MSTR declined 9.6% during the previous week, closing at $130.51 on Friday.
Bitcoin also fell approximately 3.6% over the same period amid broader cryptocurrency market volatility.
Despite the recent declines, Strategy continues expanding its Bitcoin reserves while maintaining its focus on long-term accumulation and financial flexibility.
