- Blockchain.com and NYSE Group signed an MOU aimed at giving Blockchain.com users access to tokenized U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs through the NYSE’s planned digital ATS.
- The arrangement could bring tokenized securities to Blockchain.com’s more than 44 million confirmed accounts, subject to required regulatory approvals.
- The companies also plan to share market data, with ICE Data Services distributing Blockchain.com crypto data while Blockchain.com integrates certain ICE and NYSE feeds.
Blockchain.com and NYSE Group are planning to expand access to tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs through a new collaboration connecting traditional markets with crypto-native investors.
The companies signed a memorandum of understanding outlining plans for Blockchain.com users to access tokenized U.S. exchange-listed equities and ETFs through the NYSE’s previously announced digital alternative trading system.

The rollout remains subject to required regulatory approvals.
If implemented, the agreement would provide the NYSE with access to Blockchain.com’s global crypto customer base while expanding the range of financial assets available to Blockchain.com users.
Tokenized Stocks Could Reach Millions of Crypto Users
Blockchain.com has more than 44 million confirmed accounts and operates across more than 70 jurisdictions.
Under the proposed arrangement, eligible users could gain access to tokenized versions of U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs through the NYSE digital ATS once the platform launches.
Tokenized equities can potentially offer features including fractional ownership, onchain settlement and trading outside traditional market hours, depending on the structure and applicable regulations.
Blockchain.com Executive Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder Peter Smith said connecting with the NYSE digital ATS could extend access to these assets across the company’s global customer base.
NYSE Group President Lynn Martin said Blockchain.com’s international reach and digital asset experience could complement the exchange operator’s planned tokenized securities platform.

NYSE and Blockchain.com Plan Data Integration
The MOU also covers bidirectional market data distribution between the two companies.
ICE Data Services, an NYSE-affiliated business, plans to distribute Blockchain.com’s crypto market data and analytics to its subscribing clients.
The move could give traditional market participants additional data on digital assets through existing ICE services.
Blockchain.com, meanwhile, plans to incorporate certain ICE and NYSE exchange data feeds into its own app.
That would provide its more than 44 million confirmed accounts with access to real-time stock information alongside its existing crypto services.
Tokenized Asset Market Could Reach $5.5 Trillion
The partnership comes as financial institutions continue expanding their involvement in tokenized securities and other blockchain-based assets.
Citi Institute has forecast a $5.5 trillion base case for tokenized assets by 2030.
Blockchain.com said tokenized stocks could expand investment access while potentially providing faster and more transparent onchain settlement.
However, the Blockchain.com and NYSE arrangement remains at the MOU stage, and access to tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs will depend on the launch of the NYSE digital ATS and any necessary regulatory approvals.
