XRP Price Prediction 2025–2026: Can Ripple Really Hit $700?

  • Analyst JackTheRippler projects XRP could hit $700 by 2026, though it hinges on massive adoption and capital inflows.
  • XRPL upgrades like rippled 2.5.0 and an EVM sidechain, plus Ripple’s stablecoin and institutional partnerships, add long-term value.
  • Critics remain skeptical, calling the $700 target more hypothetical than realistic without global-scale adoption.

XRP touching $700 might sound like fantasy today, but a roadmap from analyst JackTheRippler has turned heads. The projection lays out a wild climb, beginning with XRP near €7.60, dipping to €3.40, then surging past €29.50 before ultimately shooting toward $700+ by 2026.

At present, XRP trades in the low single digits, so the gap is massive. For this vision to even stand a chance, XRP Ledger’s upgrades, Ripple’s institutional partnerships, and broader crypto market strength would all need to converge perfectly.

The $700 Roadmap Explained

The roadmap isn’t just about numbers—it leans heavily on XRPL upgrades and Ripple’s expansion strategy. Key to this path are liquidity improvements, stablecoin integrations, and real-world adoption. JackTheRippler’s call isn’t a guarantee but a scenario where all the puzzle pieces line up for exponential growth.

XRPL Upgrades Fuel Optimism

RippleX rolled out rippled 2.5.0 in mid-2025, introducing TokenEscrow, Batch Processing, PermissionedDEX, and stronger AMM tools—features designed for institutions who demand reliability before deploying serious capital.

The launch of an EVM-compatible sidechain added another layer, letting developers run Ethereum-style smart contracts directly on XRPL. Within weeks, over 1,000 contracts had been deployed, showing developers aren’t just curious—they’re building.

Institutional Partnerships Drive Real Utility

Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin is already integrated with major partners like DBS Bank and Franklin Templeton, enabling tokenized fund trading and collateralized credit facilities. Acquisitions like Hidden Road and Rail expanded Ripple’s infrastructure to cover settlement and stablecoin payments, while interoperability with Wormhole opened frictionless cross-chain transfers.

Adoption and Network Growth

In early 2025, assets issued on XRPL multiplied more than 20x, while monthly stablecoin transaction volume passed $1 billion. These stats signal real settlement activity, not just retail hype—an essential distinction if XRP is ever to justify lofty valuations.

$XRP ARMY! Have you seen this?🚨

Ripple’s CEO said it loud: XRP settles money in seconds

When trillions start moving on-chain, they won’t wait for slow rails

They’ll use the one that’s already proven, scalable, and battle-tested: XRPL

Can XRP Realistically Reach $700?

The leap from today’s price to $700 is astronomical. It would demand unprecedented capital inflows and near-universal adoption of blockchain-based payment systems. While XRPL’s upgrades and institutional traction lay groundwork, critics argue the $700 target borders on unrealistic without transformative global changes in finance.

The roadmap is less a prediction than a “what if everything clicks” scenario—a possibility, not a promise.
