XRP Price Predictions Stir Debate: $10 in 2025 or Just Hype?

  • Analysts like Edoardo Farina and Crypto Patel predict XRP could hit $10 by 2025, though that would require a massive 370% rally from current levels.
  • Key levels include strong support at $1.70 and resistance around $3, with potential catalysts being ETF approval, token utility expansion, and Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin.
  • While some foresee rapid gains, others like Bitget’s Ryan Lee expect a longer timeline—possibly 2030—due to regulatory and market uncertainties.

XRP’s back in the spotlight again, and this time, it’s thanks to some pretty bold price targets floating around. A few popular analysts—Edoardo Farina and Crypto Patel, to name a couple—think XRP might soar to $10 by the end of 2025. That’s… ambitious. Especially when you look at how wild and unpredictable this market has been lately.

At the time they shared those predictions, XRP was hovering around $2.30—not bad considering it’s up 11% on the year, though still nearly 30% off its high of $3.30. For a brief moment in January, XRP even flirted with the $3 mark again—a level it hadn’t touched since that 2017 mania run to $3.80. Farina’s betting we could see XRP punch through $3 again this month, June. Sounds nice, sure, but a leap to $10? That’s over 370% from where it sits now (around $2.13 as of writing). Big if true.

Key Levels and Breakout Buzz

Crypto Patel’s also got his eyes on the charts, and he’s thinking we’re primed for a breakout too. He pointed to the $1.70 support zone as the floor keeping XRP afloat. On the flip side, the $3 level is still acting like a ceiling—tough to break through, but crucial if the token wants to rally higher. Meanwhile, folks like XForceGlobal are watching Elliott Wave patterns for clues, though they’re not giving any hard deadlines.

Another market voice, Cas Abbé, laid out a few things that could light a fire under XRP’s price: a U.S.-approved XRP ETF, better token utility, and a general bounce-back in crypto overall. All speculative, of course, but they’re on traders’ radar.

Split Forecasts on XRP’s Path

Now, while Patel and Farina are going all in on that $10 target for 2025, not everyone’s jumping on that train. Bitget’s Ryan Lee sees that level as a much longer-term play—maybe by 2030 if things go right. Same goes for Changelly’s projections, which consider bigger-picture trends like global adoption and how regulators handle crypto in the coming years.

Patel’s still optimistic though. He rattled off six reasons why he’s bullish in the short term—regulatory clarity in the U.S., an XRP ETF possibly getting the green light, Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin launch, and more demand for altcoins in general. Oh, and XRP trading above his personal buy-in level, which he says is another bullish sign.

At the end of the day, sentiment in the XRP crowd is all over the place. Some are hyped about major gains coming soon, while others think patience will be key. Either way, the next few months should be… interesting.
