Is XRP to $10 in 2025 a Conservative Bet? This Crypto Analysts Thinks So, and Here is Why

  • XRP Bullish Projection: George Tung forecasts XRP could hit $8–$10 by late 2025, calling that a conservativeestimate, based on its historical strength and rising institutional interest like ETF filings.
  • Broader Market Context: Tung believes Bitcoin could reach $200K–$300K and Ethereum may 3–4x in the same period. XRP’s track record across cycles makes it a safer long-term play, even as other analysts shift to bullish views.
  • Caution Over Hype: He warns against chasing extreme 100x gains, advising beginners to prioritize strong projects and allocate only a small portion to meme coins or speculative tokens. Patience and proper timing, he says, are key.

George Tung, the founder of CryptosRUs, recently sat down with Altcoin Daily and made a bold—but not outrageous—prediction. He sees XRP hitting between $8 and $10 by the end of 2025. According to him, that’s actually a pretty tame estimate. With XRP currently hovering around $2.30, that would mean a 4x jump. Tung’s confidence comes from XRP’s ability to survive through all sorts of market madness and a solid foundation that’s caught the eye of institutions.

He also pointed out something worth watching—several XRP-focused ETF filings. If those go through, big players could jump in, pushing demand (and price) even higher. Altcoin Daily’s Aaron Arnold backed the point, reminding viewers that XRP’s been here a while and made it through more cycles than most. It’s one of the OGs—less hype, more history.

Institutions Watching, Market Primed

Beyond XRP, George shared some broader thoughts on crypto’s top dogs. He expects Bitcoin to gain another 1.5x to 2x and sees Ethereum jumping 3x or 4x if momentum sticks around. In that context, XRP reaching 4x or even 5x doesn’t sound crazy at all. And interestingly, even Davinci Jeremie—famous for once calling XRP worthless—is changing his tune. He now says XRP could potentially hit $24. Talk about a turnaround.

Tung also mentioned what tends to happen in bull runs: euphoria, meme coin rallies, NFTs coming back, and altcoins flying. The trick is spotting the peak before the crash. That’s where having a plan matters.

Chasing 100x Gains? Might Want to Think Twice

When asked if someone could flip $1K into $100K this year, George didn’t sugarcoat it. He warned that going all-in on risky plays for quick wins usually ends badly. Sure, coins like PEPE have made people rich overnight, but those wins are rare. With new tokens launching daily, most of them won’t make it past next month.

Instead, George suggested beginners stick with mostly strong, time-tested coins. Maybe use just 5% to 10% for speculative bets like meme coins. It’s all about patience, timing, and not getting swept up in hype. Because in crypto, the flashiest bets often burn out the fastest.

Play It Smart—Slow and Steady Still Wins

George wrapped things up by saying you don’t always need to chase the next hot thing. Sometimes, solid projects that have already proven themselves can still deliver big returns—especially when the market turns bullish again. Timing matters, sure, but so does staying level-headed. For those who stick to the fundamentals, the next few years could be full of opportunity—without the need to gamble it all.
