A South Florida woman is in serious legal trouble—and might get deported—after allegedly stealing $850,000 worth of crypto from her ex-boyfriend.
According to police, 22-year-old Maissa Jebali took a hefty stash of TRUMP coin (Donald Trump’s official Solana meme token) from Anthony Bravo, a Miami man she had been dating for months. The theft? It reportedly happened while Bravo was napping on his yacht.
A Yacht, A Breakup, and a Missing $850K
Bravo claims Jebali accessed his phone, drained his Phantom wallet, and transferred the TRUMP tokens to her own account.
Aside from the crypto theft, Bravo says Jebali maxed out his credit cards, including a $14,000 shopping spree and an Airbnb booking.
After reporting the crime, Bravo hired a private investigator, leading to Jebali’s arrest at Yotel Miami on grand theft and credit card fraud charges.
Jebali denies wrongdoing, saying Bravo had given her permission to use his card and that they had already broken up.
Despite the legal mess, Bravo wants one thing: “I just need justice.”
From Crypto Theft to Deportation?
Jebali is now in ICE custody and could be deported to Tunisia depending on how the case unfolds.
For Bravo? If Jebali is convicted, he might never see his stolen crypto again.
