Korean game publisher Neowiz is partnering with Avalanche Arcad3 to enter Web3 gaming. Neowiz’s Web3 division, Intella X, will work to develop titles within the Avalanche ecosystem and aims to bolster expertise across crucial Web3 gaming domains, including NFTs, infrastructure, and innovative blockchain gaming strategies. The formalization of this partnership is set to take place during Avalanche House Seoul 2023, an event held as part of Korea Blockchain Week.
Avalanche Arcad3 serves as a collaborative Web3 gaming education initiative catering to industry leaders from both Web2 and Web3, featuring comprehensive content releases by Ava Labs, supplemented by technical support and networking opportunities.
This partnership signifies the growing traction of Avalanche in Asia, especially within the Korean and gaming markets. Neowiz now joins the ranks of prominent gaming giants like Alibaba and Tencent, becoming the fourth top-100 gaming company by market cap to align with Avalanche, reinforcing the platform’s presence in East Asia.
